- Must have special expertise in 3D visualization and animation.
- Practical experience in construction supervision, quality control, and material testing.
- Skilled in preparing detailed estimates and checking contractors’ bills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare designs and drawings for multi-storied buildings.
- Create 2D, 3D, and animation presentations.
- Supervise construction works full-time and ensure quality control.
- Verify and evaluate construction material test results.
- Ensure the quality of building materials.
- Prepare construction plans and work schedules.
- Attend project progress meetings.
- Measure and verify contractors’ executed works.
- Check and verify contractors’ bills.
