Skills:     

• Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

Experiences:

• 3-5 years of architectural experience in any reputed consulting firm or real estate company.
• Understanding and knowledge of building construction and site requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.

• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.

• Prepare detail design including plans, elevations, sections and 3D modeling.

• Shortlist/organize external consultants.

• Coordination with the Consultant(s) for drawing and decision collection.

• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

• Supervise the construction works follows approved plans, maintains proper specifications.

• Provide approval of samples of each finishing item of work during project execution.

• Monitor all changes/modification of drawing for preparation of as-built drawing.

• Preservation of all forms of drawings for project documentation.
