Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, HVAC System

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)

• B.Arch from a reputable/UGC-approved university (IAB membership is a plus)

• Diploma in Architecture with 8-10 years of solid experience.

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design, HVAC System

• Age At least 23 years

• Architectural Concept Development

• Working Drawing Preparation

• Landscape Design

• Layout Planning

• 3D Visualization & Rendering

Software Proficiency

• SketchUp

• V-Ray

• Lumion

• Adobe Photoshop

• AutoCad

• Revit (preferable)

Additional Requirements

• Strong design sense and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently

• Minimum 5 Years of Professional Experience

The Engineersbay Ltd is looking for a talented and creative Architect (Mid-Level) to join our growing team.

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions

• Prepare detailed working drawings and layout plans

• Prepare approval drawings and submission documents

• Design landscape and exterior concepts

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams

• Animation and walkthrough preparation will be considered an added advantage

• Coordinate with Structural Engineer

Working Days

• Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours

• 9AM to 5PM

• 12 days of Annual Leave

• Annual Performance Bonus

• Two days Off day per week
