Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced candidate for Architect position who will be able to work for Interior Solution.
He will be also responsible for client meeting, design and project monitoring and overall project coordination in both effective & efficient manner.
Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation Prepare and deliver professional presentations, including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations as per requirements of the Company.
Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, Max- V-ray Render, D-5, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software).
Develop design according to the requirements and concept. Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
Revise plan during construction, if any modification required. Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).
Liaison with Architect & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
Sound knowledge Interior design in residential, commercial Industrial factory building and keeping a record of project properly.
Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person.
Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensue proper execution.
Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.
Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
Top supervision of all concerns projects.
Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
