Good knowledge about Architectural 2D and 3D drawings of Interior Design.

Excellent graphical representation skills.

Client Meeting ,Site Visit & Preparing Layout.

Client Lead & Schedule management.

Good 3D Modeling, visualization, and rendering skills.

Innovative and skilled in design development.

Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.

Coordinating skills between Architects and Engineers.

Prepare Client Meeting Presentation Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports Develop concepts and detailed designs and drawings.

Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing design by using standard software.

Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, 3D Studio Max, v-ray, Sketch Up, Enscape Lumion 3D, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

• We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Architect who will lead architectural design, planning,3d design and project execution activities. The candidate will coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and the internal design team to ensure high-quality project delivery within timeline and budget. The role requires strong leadership, design expertise, site supervision capability, and excellent communication skills.

• Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Develop design concepts, layout plans, working drawings, and 3D presentations.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.

• Supervise design team and ensure timely completion of drawings and documentation.

• Prepare project BOQ, material specifications, and construction details.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and implementation.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.

• Prepare project schedules, reports, and project updates for management.

• Solve design and execution-related issues during project implementation.

• Support business development by attending client meetings and presentations.
