∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural, Structural and Interior Concept design / 3D Perspective Design.
∎ Prepare Architectural plan, elevation and section with detail drawings on the basis of present CDA rules.
∎ Report regularly to the reporting higher authority and appraise the progress.
∎ Perform, review and coordinate all architectural design and field construction management efforts.
∎ Assist in the interpretation of architectural design standards established by local jurisdictions and in the establishment of formal agreements with various outside agencies.
∎ Prepare technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates to support other engineers and consultants.
∎ Assist in the development of criteria for evaluating joint development proposals related to architectural elements and land use considerations. Establishing criteria that enhance the transit experience when interfacing with joint development.
∎ Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
∎ Conduct research on advanced architectural issues and propose feasible incorporation of the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Architectural & Structural Design & Drawings.
∎ Good knowledge about Sketch up, Architectural visualization and AutoCAD 2d-3d drawing.
