Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelors degree holder in architecture from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior-interior will responsibility
∎ Prepare building design concept/3D visualization and highly detailed drawings using applications such as AutoCAD, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-ray Render, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing
∎ Able to lead projects individually and handle client meetings
∎ Capable of Handling on site matters whenever required
∎ Capable of working long hours
∎ Capable of being a team player
∎ Must have a creative and innovative mindset
Additional Requirements:
∎ AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS Max, Sketchup, MS Office
