Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Context:
∎ Should be experience in Application Support
∎ Good Analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Communication Skills to speak with clients & fix the issue
∎ Software Support to the clients/Implementation.
∎ Respond and solve the customer queries over phone / mail / tickets
∎ Having basic knowledge of SQL, operating system
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works as a consulting team member responsible for training clients, testing software modifications, providing client support, consultation and implementing various Retail solutions at client sites.
∎ Provide post sales support as needed.
∎ Liaise with Head Office on any issues relevant for our customers or Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd.
∎ To maintain, review and improve the internal standards and systems used within Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd.
∎ Ensure daily attendance.
∎ Ensure Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd. standards, methodologies and conventions are complied with
∎ Implementation, Customer Support, IT System Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ To understand and support the goals and strategies of Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd.
∎ To have a thorough knowledge of the software and services of Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd.
∎ To have a thorough knowledge to understand the needs of customers of Mediasoft Data Systems Ltd.
∎ Commerce Graduate with IT Knowledge & Experience can also be considered
∎ Member of Any professional body will be added advantage
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Understanding database MSSql/ Oracle, using query analyzer, Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail/ Shops, Software Companies
∎ Demonstrated capability of performing the responsibilities of this position
∎ Retail business, software or consulting experience with emphasis on product implementation.
∎ Good Interpersonal communication skills, explanation skills, and English Presentation.
∎ Extensive experience with the Support Activities.
∎ Extensive experience of Networking.
