Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our investment banking team. The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. This position demands strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Conduct financial analysis and valuation using methods such as DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and other client-facing materials to support deal origination and execution.
Assist in the execution of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and restructuring projects.
Perform in-depth industry and company research to support strategic advisory initiatives.
Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, financial, and operational teams.
Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic alternatives.
Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders under the guidance of senior bankers.
Monitor market developments, trends, and news to provide relevant insights to the team and clients.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and deliverables.
