ACI Motors has expanded into a large and diversified business. The recruitment of an Analyst, Import & Industry is essential to regularly track and analyze industry import data, with a particular focus on LC (Letter of Credit) movements. By integrating LC tracking with broader industry import trends, this role will contribute to accurate forecasting, better alignment of imports with sales and demand patterns, and optimization of inventory levels. Ultimately, the position will enhance planning efficiency and provide management with sharper, data-driven decision-making support.
Collect, consolidate, and analyse industry import data to generate insights on competitor movement and market trends.
Track and monitor LC status across portfolios to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely product availability.
Prepare periodic import and industry analysis reports for management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Support inventory optimization by aligning import data with sales forecasts and PSI planning.
Coordinate with Commercial and Finance teams to analyze duty structures, cost implications, and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic inputs for pricing, budgeting, and long-term planning based on import and industry dynamics.
Maintain effective communication with Principals and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance.
