Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skilled in GDS (Sabre & Galileo)
∎ Check fares and offer best rates to clients
∎ Make PNR
∎ Issue tickets
∎ Get group fares
∎ Issue group tickets
∎ Processing cancellations and reissues
∎ Effective customer liaison to ensure quality of service
∎ Dealing with customer complaints effectively and courteously
∎ Upselling by informing customers of additional such as Hajj package, Umrah package, tours & travels package, or upgraded seats
∎ Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails/text and other ways of communication
∎ Stay updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM/ ACM policies
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management
