Job Context:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Ticket Reservation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in air ticketing, reservation systems, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient handling of client travel requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle air ticket reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
- Provide accurate fare quotations and best travel options to clients.
- Maintain professional communication with airlines and clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight schedules, rules, and policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain records of issued tickets and prepare required reports.
