• Academic/Professional Certification AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• AI certifications (Google AI, IBM ML, Microsoft AI) is preferable not mandatory.

• 5 to 10 years

Core Competencies:

• Utilizing AI Tools in day to day life. 
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Training & facilitations experience would be highly preferred. 
• Data-driven approach to tracking learner progress.
• Creative and adaptable, staying current with emerging tech.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
• National and international level extra-curricular background would be appreciated (debate, business competitions, coding and programming contests)

Note: The video you’ll be recording while applying should be a 5 minute video presentation on the following topic. 

• Topic: How to use ChatGPT as a Young Professional
• Duration: Less than 5 minutes. Any file more than 5 minutes would be disqualified. 
• Format: Your brief introduction, objective of the training, outline of the the training, 2 action plan according to the title of presentation with examples from Bangladesh Context.  
• Audience Profile: As if you are training Young Professionals of a tier one multi-national company based in Bangladesh.
• Language: English/Bengali Both.
• We would evaluate: Your presentation skills, clarity of communication, facilitation skills and subject knowledge. 

No need to edit the video. We want to see the raw one-take-shot.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced training in AI, Generative AI, and AI for Business. The role involves breaking down complex concepts into digestible lessons and guiding learners on real-world projects. After recruitment selected candidates would receive training and then conduct training for our valuable clients.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging AI training programs to students and professionals.
• Conduct workshops using tools like Microsoft Co-pilot, ChatGPT, etc. 
• Break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences/professionals.
• Update training content with the latest AI trends.
• Guide learners on capstone projects and career tracks.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and provide constructive feedback.
