Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AI and backend developers, defining system architecture for AI-powered Odoo solutions.

• Customize and develop Odoo modules (HR, Recruitment, CRM, etc.) and integrate AI/ML models.

• Optimize Odoo backend performance, database queries, and handle multi-company/multi-database setups.

• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions (NLP, recommendation systems, automation, chatbots, predictive analytics).

• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance systems

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Python (mandatory), JavaScript (basic–intermediate), SQL (PostgreSQL)

• Odoo backend development (3+ years) with ORM, controllers, models, security, and performance tuning

• Odoo versions v14–v17, multi-company handling, background jobs/cron

• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• API integration: RESTful, JSON-RPC

• Optional: XML, HTML/CSS

AI-Specific Skills

• NLP, LLM integration (GPT, embeddings, prompt engineering)

• CV parsing, chatbot, semantic search, and AI-driven automation

• Data preprocessing, model training, predictive analytics

DevOps & Deployment

• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean)

• Odoo.sh experience

 Experience

• 5–8 years in software development

• 3+ years in Odoo backend development

• 2+ years in AI/ML projects (preferred)

• Prior team lead/senior role experience

• ERP system development experience is a plus
