Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture (Animal Husbandry/ Crop Botany/ Plant Pathology/ Fisheris) from any accredited university/college
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently carry out activities of large livestock, Fisheries and Plants.
∎ Practical knowledge on proper method of livestock, Fisheries and cultivation of various crops and vegetables.
∎ In depth knowledge on animal husbandry.
∎ Control of pests and diseases.
∎ Make seasonal contingency plans based on climates and prepare Seasonal calendar for seasonal Vegetable.
∎ Establish strong supply chain to sell livestock, Fisheries and Plants in local and market.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress report.
∎ Diagnose, prevent and treatment of animals health problems, and vaccinates against diseases & illness.
∎ Take necessary medications through regular checking and observation.
∎ Weekly, Monthly, Yearly planning for smooth operation Prepare Budget.
∎ Ensure day to day operation and people management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have practical knowledge on animal husbandry.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Must have sound knowledge on seed plantation, germination, plant cultivation and cultivable land selection, land preparation according to the classification of plants.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on time of plantation of various fruit and seasonal vegetables
∎ Must possess sound knowledge on fertilizer and seed selection
∎ Have knowledge on the quality, effectiveness and uses of fertilizers and insecticides
∎ Knowledge on Agricultural tools, their uses and maintenance
∎ Must be enthusiastic and industrious
∎ Sound knowledge on computer applications.
Salary: Negotiable
