Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to play a significant role to calculate & Set factory Efficiency to monitor & increase productivity with standard.
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine and material.
∎ Implement new methods and tools to increase productivity.
∎ Preparing worker's skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study on daily basis.
∎ Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning and IE for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management

∎ Age 36 to 45 years
