• The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical issues and problem-solving capacity of the factory.        

• Must have knowledge and experience handling with Trutzschler Blowroom, Carding & Drawing.

• Toyota Simplex & LAKSHMI LR-9 AX Ring Frame, MURATEC Q Pro Autoconer, Westriver A/C Plant.

• Genbacher Generator & 11KVA & 33KVA Sub Station, Compressors.       

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.        

• Sound knowledge with MS-Word, Microsoft Excel & Internet Browsing.

Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/Manager (Electrical) for factory.

Machine detail:

• Trutzschler 3 line blow room with modern machineries including PP Sensor & Argus fire detection system and latest TC 6/TC 11/ TC 15/ TC 19i Card

• Toyota FL 200/ Lakshmi 4200A Roving frame with auto doffer/FRD

• LR9/AX Ring frame with Auto doffer

• Murata Q-Pro ex/ Savio Polar Auto coner

• Fully automatic bobbin transport system of Electrojet.

Job Responsibilities

• To follow up machinery’s erection & installation.

• To keep all Electrical & Electronics items in good shape.

• Responsible for the end-to end process of the dept i.e. Installations, Commissioning, Erection & Maintenance Planning, designing and executing routine works.

• Electrical load calculation, BBT/Cable/Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/Transformer Management.

• Supervision of maintenance of all electrical items including, generator, compressor, Humidification plant, machines etc.

• Maintain and troubleshooting of the electrical function`s of Spinning Machineries

• Attend all electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

• Spare parts requirement and get approval from management.

• Developing Electrical maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.

• Allocate work as per requirements.

• To monitor spare parts inventory on shop-floor and store.

• To monitor and control expenses as per budget for electrical maintenance.

• To be responsible for overall electrical functions of the factory.

• Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
