dyeing and printing, Dyeing/ Washing, Sales & Marketing, Textile Chemical (Marketing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Chemical Industries, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product development: The new development and upcoming requirement of different customers, update the company management and manufacturer.
∎ Market Development: As a team leader of all marketing people and technical assistants, develop marketing strategy, to increase the market position.
∎ Customers visit - Regular visit to customers to get the feedback.
∎ Technical Support - Lead the technical team for immediate support on the technical issues of the customers.
∎ Technology transfer and updates - Develop technical contacts with internal affiliates and external organizations such as industrial associations, factories to ensure the alignment with manufacturer and specific customer.
∎ Reporting - Provide regular reports as required. In particular, in charge of the monthly reporting of the sales details.
∎ System and procedures: Optimize systems and procedures to ensure all activities complete with Quality management system policies and requirements.
∎ Budget - Workout and control budget to meet company objectives.
∎ R&D activity - Support teams, helping them to develop successfully new products. Develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support along the following axis: Build knowledge of customer products and applications; Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer's new product qualification process. Facilitate interactions between technical experts across markets.
∎ Collected market information of the textile mill sector in Bangladesh to product development and to promote the products in more effective and efficient way.
∎ Responsible for total customer care and satisfaction.
∎ Designed and implemented policy for maintaining safety stock and keep inventory to supply the products flawlessly to the customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' experience in same industry
∎ 15 corer Sales Capacity.
∎ Experience in managing a team of 50 people.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral;
∎ Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word & Outlook
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English;
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill;
∎ Attitude to work with Team & Leadership Skills.
∎ Good in number & Computer skill.
