Salary: Tk. 180000 - 250000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

Must be an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)

• Age: 30 to 40 years

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations

• Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and databases

• Previous experience working with foreign companies will be an added advantage

• Manage the full spectrum of finance, budgeting, and management accounting functions

• Oversee tax, payroll, and statutory compliance in line with Bangladesh EPZ Labour Laws

• Prepare and maintain Minutes for the Board of Directors and Authorization Charts

• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties

• Collaborate with HR on payroll and other finance-related matters

• Liaise with legal advisors for any legal and compliance-related issues

• Identify and suggest process improvements to the General Manager, Regional CFO, and other managers

• Provide ad-hoc financial and management reports as required by senior leadership
