∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with the monthly & yearly sales targets of the assigned BU.
∎ Strategic planning to achieve the business goal aligns with the company goal.
∎ Ensure implementation of Sales Automation Software (SPRO)
∎ Allocating sales targets among the sales area and sales force with a product-wise breakdown.
∎ Ensuring operational control of DSM (sales) to find out whether they work properly as per their Job Description
∎ Evaluation of the monthly sales performance of sales regions.
∎ Taking appropriate action for non-moving & slow-moving products.
∎ Planning & coordinating sales staff transfers to the assigned area, as well as monitoring and approving leave, promotion, & career development initiatives.
∎ To ensure the proper utilization of DSM, TSM, and SR.
∎ To control distributors’ dues account settlement.
∎ Monthly monitoring of DO versus collection status (balance).
∎ Initiative on damage control (percentage of damage on sales) of their respective area.
