Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or any other reputed university or Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 15 years working experiences in 100% compliance and export oriented Large knit Composite Industry.

• Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.

• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.

• 100 % Honest in all aspect.

• Lead and manage all operations of circular knitting to achieve production targets.

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly knitting schedules and ensuring timely delivery.

• Should have vast knowledge on design fabrics, man-made fiber, technical knowledge about open width Knitting, Día, GSM etc.

• Increasing Efficiency, Productivity, maximum utilization of Man, Machine & Time, Optimizing Material, Modification of machine, Automation, Proper Administration & Supervision, Building up Fruitful Team etc.

• Must have knowledge to adopt new technology, to reduce manpower, increase efficiency and high-end quality control.

• Must have knowledge to analyses different fabrics and machines technical parameters to achieve best performance.

• Close liaison with Merchandising department as well as with the Production Team to track the supply status of Fabric which requires feed in the line in time to meet the target.

• Participate in planning, programming and scheduling of each and every Order execution in Knit fabric Production.

• Assist all the necessary work to the Executive Director and Managing Director to expedite error free and smooth unit operation and production.

• Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, and Dyeing departments for smooth workflow.

• Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Develop skill matrix, provide technical training, and enhance team competency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and buyer sustainability requirements.

• Support new fabric development, machine upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.

• Find and maintain reports for problem of each machine for proper functioning with good maintenance.

• Supervise and guide supervisors, technicians, and operators to ensure smooth operations.

• Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in fabrics and yarn.

• Fabric Receiving and Fabric Utilization track record and Fabric Inventory.

• Keep proper record keeping method to justify each analytical report.

• Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
