Monno Fabrics Limited is seeking a results-driven AGM/DGM – Sales & Marketing (Woven Fabric) to lead the business growth through securing high-volume woven fabric orders. The company operates on an outsourcing model, and the role requires strong networking with buying houses, RMG factories, and subcontracting partners. The candidate will be required to manage the sales process from start to finish, fulfill orders, deliver on time, and collect payments to ensure customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Management
Source and secure B2B woven fabric orders from local clients, RMG factories, and buying houses.
Maintain and expand an extensive network of subcontracting clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and technical specifications with clients.
Build and sustain long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
2. Order & Production Coordination
Coordinate with subcontracted suppliers/manufacturers to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor production progress to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
Ensure timely completion of all orders with high service standards.
3. Supply Chain & Delivery Oversight
Oversee logistics to ensure timely transportation of goods.
Align supply chain and production departments for efficient operations.
4. Billing & Collection
Coordinate with Accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
Monitor client credit and minimize outstanding receivables.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed client profiles, order records, and production documentation.
Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
6. Target Achievement
Work under defined sales targets focusing on profitability and efficiency.
Eligible for performance-based incentives upon achieving assigned targets.
