∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the company.
∎ Build a strong and smart sales team.
∎ Work closely to develop the sales plan.
∎ Prepare forecasts and 'Key Performance Indicator (KPI)' for the sales team.
∎ Work with marketing team to create advertisement content.
∎ Establish the inbound lead needed to meet company's sales objectives.
∎ Capable of frequent travelling to the projects.
∎ Engage in sales related organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 10 years' experience in real estate industry
∎ Achieve growth and meet sales targets
∎ Excellent command in Bengali & English
∎ Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 100000 (Monthly)
