Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Technology from any reputed University.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (BUTEX) will be given extra priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buyer Handling, Overall Weaving Operation Management, Quality Control Management, Research and Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for R&D & Quality related departmental issue.
∎ Ensure Sample & Handloom development plan.
∎ Ensure to man optimization as per plan and 100% sample & Handloom development production on time.
∎ Ensure and right follow up of buyer wise fabric production and quality.
∎ Communicate with Marketing, planning, Yarn Dyeing, weaving, Solid dyeing, finishing and printing division and respective Account Holders of the buyer for ensuring 100% on time quality & development delivery.
∎ To analysis various difficulties at different development stage and make suggestion for bulk.
∎ Responsible for PO analysis & order confirmation.
∎ Root cause analysis of reproduction, re-process, re-dyeing etc. and ensure corrective action plan to minimize the reproduction, re-process, re-dyeing percentage.
∎ Directs and supervise the continuous improvement of the development process & overall production.
∎ Setup subordinates production target and guide the respective person to achieve their target.
∎ To prepare prescription and ensure follow-up all prescription.
∎ To maintain all the master file.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (man/machine/time) and process loss of all departments to achieve target production.
∎ Arrange and conduct counselling for manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet their KPI.
∎ Conduct training for concern section as per requirement.
∎ To perform advisory of all raw materials viz. Yarn, dyes & chemical (if required) and quality of colors, GSM as per respective Buyer Quality.
∎ Contact with the buyer for any difficulties facing at development stage, lab dip approval, quality fabric approval and other issues.
∎ Monitoring 100% fabric inspection with 4 point system before delivery to cutting.
∎ Follow up and monitor overall development process, housekeeping and compliance issues of all production floor.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge of woven and knit fabrics.
∎ PLM Experience is preferable.
∎ Familiarity with mills.
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
∎ Effective time management and project management skills.
∎ Experience with raw material and garment testing
