Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline. PGDPM / PGDHRM / MBA in HRM from any reputed institution are Mandatory. Skills Required: HR & Compliance
∎ Skills Required: Internal Audit, Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accord Alliance, Social Compliance and Sustainability., Technical Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Leading the organization as overall in charge of Compliance of factory.
∎ • Must be very conversant with the EPZ Labor Law 2019, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to RMG Industry.
∎ • Experience in different audit such Nirapon(Alliance) & Rsc(Accord), buyer COC, GRS, RCS, RDS audit & ISO standard.
∎ • Work closely with the higher management on organizational Compliance issues.
∎ • Formulate and implement Compliance related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ • Lead the Compliance Team in delivering standard Compliance services for the industries of specified sector(s) within the framework of policy and procedures.
∎ • Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ • Monitor that Compliance team supervise the duties and assignment of all service staffs.
∎ • Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ • Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards
∎ • Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of Compliance related Issues in the organization.

∎ Age 40 to 49 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Nirapon(Alliance) & RSC(Accord), Social Compliance Audit, Technical & Sustainability audit.
∎ • Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali. Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
