Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Management from any reputed institution
∎ CA (CC) is prerequisite to apply for the position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide internal control consulting services to management to assist in redesigning efforts that improve the control environment.
∎ Delegate work to assurance team members successfully and conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training.
∎ Develop internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, and prepare internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed.
∎ Manage and perform key departmental process improvement initiatives including internal quality assurance; assist with audit issue trend analysis and reporting.
∎ Effectively lead and manage resources to ensure performance measures and metrics are established and met throughout the execution of the planned audit work.
∎ Manage, develop, train and mentor audit staff on assigned projects, and assess their performance for audit engagement review and year-end performance reviews.
∎ On occasions involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
∎ Liaising with the clients on all aspects of the audit or accounts.
∎ Ensuring that business risks are identified and effectively controlled by the follow-up task.
∎ Focus on process & internal control improvement, Costs optimization, Inventory management, waste management and raw material usage control audits.
∎ Prepare Audit plan, SOP and implementation across the group accordingly.
∎ Review organizational policy to achieve value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years'of experience in any large garments factory where as 3 years in similar position.
∎ Skill in Process engineering, lean management, Internal control, Business analysis, Costs optimization will be preferred.
