1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for EV batteries, IPS batteries and truck batteries to achieve business targets.

2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective market coverage, target achievement, and customer acquisition.

3. Identify new business opportunities, dealer networks, and distribution channels across different regions.

4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and corporate customers.

6. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

7. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.

8. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

9. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

10. Ensure proper implementation of pricing policies, discounts, and credit terms.

11. Visit key markets regularly to monitor field performance and resolve issues.

12. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

13. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation and reporting systems.
