• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or AGM role (Sewing/Production)·        Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of sewing production processes, layouts, and efficiency improvement.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Capable to handle sewing production for 40-50 line knit garments factory.

·       Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

·       Monitor SMV, efficiency, and productivity.

·       Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.

·       Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

·       Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on-time shipment.

·       Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.

·       Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.

·       Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.

·       Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.

·       Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.

·       Coordinate with IE, Cutting, Finishing, and other related departments.

·       Ensure compliance with health, safety, and compliance standards.

·       Coordinate all department for smooth Garment manufacturing.
