∎ Must be knowledge in Out wear Production specially in Blazer, Chinese Candidates will get preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.
∎ Ensure that production schedules are met and that products are manufactured within the defined quality standards.
∎ Monitor and optimize production efficiency, focusing on reducing waste and improving productivity.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and line managers to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce.
∎ Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability among production staff.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control processes and procedures on the production floor.
∎ Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during production.
∎ Resource Management:
∎ Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to ensure efficient production operations.
∎ Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Identify areas for improvement within the production process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in blazer manufacturing.
∎ Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
∎ Health & Safety:
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the production floor.
∎ Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for production staff.
∎ Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.
∎ Reporting & Analysis:
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including output, quality, efficiency, and costs.
∎ Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on production analysis.
∎ Coordination & Communication:
∎ Act as a key liaison between the production department and other departments such as quality control, maintenance, HR, and procurement.
∎ Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other senior management regarding production status, challenges, and achievements.
