Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university with at least 7 years working experience from reputed industry.

Skills Required:

Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.
Report producing for management.
Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.
Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.

Job Context
Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/Manager (Utility).
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compressed air and utility systems.
Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving strategies.
Analyze machine layout and production processes to identify and reduce power wastage.
Develop and apply load management strategies for optimal energy usage.
Recommend and install inverters, energy-saving lighting, and ventilation systems.
Coordinate with unit heads to monitor and control energy usage trends.
Detect and seal air leakages in compressed air systems.
Establish routine maintenance and monitoring schedules for compressors and pipelines.
Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting.
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
Ensure peak performance of compressors and utility equipment.
Lead the utility and maintenance team to uphold high operational standards.
Conduct training sessions on energy conservation and machine maintenance.
Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
