Educational Requirements       

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university with at least 7 years working experience from reputed industry.

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.       

• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.        

• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.       

• Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.      

• Report producing for management.       

• Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.        

• Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.

Job Context

Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/Manager (Utility).

Job Responsibilities         

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compressed air and utility systems.        

• Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving strategies.        

• Analyze machine layout and production processes to identify and reduce power wastage.        

• Develop and apply load management strategies for optimal energy usage.       

• Recommend and install inverters, energy-saving lighting, and ventilation systems.        

• Coordinate with unit heads to monitor and control energy usage trends.       

• Detect and seal air leakages in compressed air systems.       

• Establish routine maintenance and monitoring schedules for compressors and pipelines.       

• Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting.       

• Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.       

• Ensure peak performance of compressors and utility equipment.      

• Lead the utility and maintenance team to uphold high operational standards.        

• Conduct training sessions on energy conservation and machine maintenance.       

• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
