• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Educational Requirements       

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engeneering from any reputed University with at least 8 years working experience in modern Spinning Mills.       

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years working experience in modern Spinning Mills.

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.       

• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.        

• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.      

• Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.        

• Report producing for management.      

• Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.        

• Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.

Job Context

Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/Manager (Mechanical) for factory.

Machine detail   

• Trutzschler 3 line blow room with modern machineries including PP Sensor & Argus fire detection system and latest TC 19i Card/TC 60/ TC 15/ TC 11·        

• Rieter (Breaker & Finisher Draw Frame).        

• Toyota FL 200 Roving frame with auto doffer/FRD/ L.F 4200.       

• LR9/AX Ring frame with Auto doffer (Long Frame)·        

• Murata Q-Pro ex Auto coner/ Savio Polar.        

• Fully automatic bobbin transport system of Electrojet.

Job Responsibilities       

• To follow up machinery’s erection & installation.       

• To keep all machineries in good shape.        

• Responsible for the end-to end process of the dept i.e.

• Installations, Commissioning, Erection & Maintenance Planning, designing and executing routine works.        

• Supervision of maintenance of all mechanical items including, generator, compressor, Humidification plant, machines etc.        

• Maintain and troubleshooting of the mechanical functions of Spinning Machineries.       

• Attend all mechanical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machines to minimize production loss.       

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.      

• Spare parts requirement and get approval from management.       

• Developing Mechanical maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.        

• Allocate work as per requirements.       

• To monitor spare parts inventory on shop-floor and store.        

• To monitor and control expenses as per budget for mechanical maintenance.        

• To be responsible for overall mechanical functions of the factory.        

• Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
