- Experience in large Composite Knit Industries and working in similar position will get preference.
- Candidate living near Narayangonj will be added as advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
100 % Honest in all aspect.
Responsible for all activities from cutting to shipment and Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, maintenance for smooth operation of production.
Manage & Direct activities congenial to ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).
Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Monitor report on production, maintenance, manpower, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
Must have experience to handle minimum 25 Lines Knit Garments.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned time to time.
