Experience:

• Only Male

HR Management

• Lead recruitment, manpower planning, and talent management for factory operations.

• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Administration

• Supervise overall administrative activities including security, transport, and facility management.

• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and asset management.

• Maintain smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency.

• Monitor absenteeism, turnover, and workforce engagement initiatives.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.

• Prepare factory for internal and external compliance audits (social, ethical, safety).

• Monitor workplace health & safety standards and corrective action plans.

Industrial Relations

• Maintain healthy relationships with workers and management.

• Handle worker grievances, labor disputes, and negotiation when required.

• Ensure proper functioning of worker participation committee and grievance mechanism.
