Accounts and audit, bank reconciliation, Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for managing works of the Accounts & Finance department, manage the team and assist CFO in driving financial control.
∎ • Provide inputs in tactical matters related to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, investment planning, risk assessment, monthly management accounts, budgeting, Forecasting, Management report, payroll management, ERP formulation and implement, inter company reconciliation, etc. as and when required.
∎ • Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
∎ • Preparation of Financial statement monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
∎ • Process vendor payments and check requests.
∎ • Monitor cash flows and effective and efficient inventory management on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability; continuously review the status of all receivables and payable, follow up with the related stakeholders to drive collections of the same and highlight discrepancies through regular reports.
∎ • To ensure proper cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process in order to identify key/critical process to operate at optimum cost.
∎ • To ensure good liaison with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisors.
∎ • To ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ • Take part in monthly/half yearly budget preparation and analyze the variance.
∎ • Take part in financial/Credit proposal to the Bank and Non-Banking financial Institute.
∎ • Record and analyze all the information of existing credit facilities with the Bank and Non-Banking Financial Institute.
∎ • Ensure timely loan payments with Companies' policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ • Reconcile all the Bank transactions/Statements,
∎ • Preparation of all kinds of financial reports, presentations as per management requirements
∎ • Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Should have minimum 6 years’ service experience in Accounting & Financial Management.
∎ • Proficiency in Office applications and ERP .
∎ • Should have adequate knowledge on Income TAX and VAT.
∎ • Should have 3 years managing team experience.
∎ • Should have a good communication skill.
