Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Having a strong eye on cost of funds and constant endeavor to reduce such cost.
∎ Ensure & Coordinate Funding and Fund raising issues.
∎ Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of csh flow.
∎ Performs treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt and capital management.
∎ Ensuring that appropriate enforcement activity is undertaken to recover or secure debt.
∎ Ensuring collection and recovery activity is undertaken with full compliance with all relevant legislation and client and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitoring Sales & Installments dues and over dues.
∎ Plan and take effective steps to collect dues and over dues timely.
∎ Monitor recovery of bad investments and plan and Co-ordinate with respective companies / departments to expedite settlements and collections.
∎ Ensuring collection and recovery activity is undertaken with full compliance with all relevant legislation and client and regulatory requirements.
∎ Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
∎ Understand, Manage and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
∎ Dealing collection and recovery activities.
∎ Ensuring professional relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.
∎ Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies.
∎ Engage with customers and reach a realistic and affordable collection plan which is informed where possible by an accurate financial statement.
