Dyeing Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure dyeing floor OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness)
∎ Ensure Dyeing & dyeing finishing target production with RFT as per plan.
∎ Root cause analysis for low production, reprocess and CPA.
∎ Ensure on time delivery according to production start and end reliability.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Monitor on time order closing according to the plan.
∎ Monitor problematic fabric re-process with in SOP after receiving job card from QA section.
∎ Ensure 5s in production floor to improvement floor work environment.
∎ Check and verify dyes and chemical inventory.
∎ Work with process optimization and establish a sustainable process route.
∎ Maintain budgeted manpower to optimize the usage of human resources.
∎ Prepare and maintain departmental financial budget to ensure profitability.
∎ Ensure floor housekeeping, PPE and other compliance issues.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
