Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Electric Engineering From BUET/DUET/KUET/RUET/IUT/MIST/CUET

or

• Any other reputed university.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least Eight years’ experience in large scale knit composite garments industries.

• Must be Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and E-mail and Internet operation.

• Candidate living near Narayanganj will be added as advantage.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd and also for other sister concerns.

• 100% honest in all aspects.

• Should have experienced on handle of knit dye house machineries maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Experience on circular knit and various utility management of knit garments, printing etc.

• Should have sound knowledge and practice of updated technology and cost controlling technique.

• Sound knowledge on knit composite machineries erection and installation.

• Should have knowledge on boiler, generator substation maintenance.

• Should have knowledge on modern technology, Automation, Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

• Should have practice of auditing the present plan facilities and resources and present management for the better option in terms of facility and reducing cost.

• Sound knowledge of Effluent Treatment plant management and experience on solar plant management will gate added advantage.

• Experience in new project management, development and execution.

• Discusses industry benchmarks and trends; identifies characteristics of high performers in industry.

• Responsible to the proper preventive maintenance of all machines to avoid breakdown of maintenance.

• To ensure that all safety measures are taken to ensure the safe operations of the machines and people working in the machines are safe.

• Responsible to monitor all electrical connection and load distribution is under sharp periodical observation and to take immediate initiatives if there is any possibility of risk.

• Capable to directly handling Govt. & Non Govt authority for any kind of inspection & verification.

• Capable to handle inspection such as USGBC, LEED, GREEN, ACCORD (RSC), RCC etc.

• Sound Knowledge on estimating, budgeting for electro mechanical items, machineries as well as project.

• Keep proper register of the maintenance work under the head of each machine.

• Ensure that spares are considered to take special care and keep up-to-date information of replacing spares.

• Responsible that factory is not storing spares excessively and also ensures the correct estimate of spares requirement.

• Ensure proper cleanness of Machineries.

• Make the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly maintenance schedule and confirm their execution.

• Sound knowledge on compliance issues and responsible to all electrical & mechanical installation according to compliance requirement.
