Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the financial reporting for the organization, this includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 years financial plans and all kind of financial reporting.
∎ Take responsibilities for all kind of banking relation and statuary act as key point.
∎ Development and prepare short term and long term budgetary planning and cost managements.
∎ Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual budgets figures and place it to management.
∎ Develop tool and system to provide critical financial and operational information information to the leadership team make actionable recommendation on both operation and strategy
∎ Financial Reporting, Budget and Budgetary Control, Assisting Statuary or Special Audit, Corporate TAX and VAT issue, ERP / Automation and Internal Control System.
∎ Preparation of financial statement monthly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Ensure all legal and all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Plan, analyze and report on effective and efficient inventory management.
∎ Process vendor payments and check requests
∎ Ensure an accurate filling and record keeping systems for the financial statements and company documents.
∎ Identify financial and non-financial risk in order to minimize company risks
∎ Participation in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of the business
∎ Mentor and develop the team, Managing work allocation, training, performance evaluation and forecasting effective team work.
∎ Any other relevant responsibility assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience ( 5 Years of which should be in leadership position)
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas :
∎ Accounting and Finance , Corporate finance, Cost and Budgeting, Cost Controlling, TAX, VAT, Customs Duty / Income TAX, Bank Reconciliation
∎ Ability it communicates with management to organize, plan and achieve company's goals
∎ Advance computers software skills, including excel and financial reporting
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written communication in Bangla and English

Salary:
∎ Market Standard Salary (Negotiable)
