∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
∎ Excellent report writing skills
∎ 5 years' experience in energy development sector
∎ 3 years' experience in engineering
∎ Should have experience in relation development, team management and coordination
∎ Proficiency in MS Word Offices, Project, Proteus, Keil, Matlab, AutoCAD etc.
∎ Experience in power sector especially in the green energy sector
∎ Traveling, Relationship and People management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports to: Country Head
∎ Industry: Power and Energy
∎ Explore and develop feasibility reports on new energy projects in Bangladesh
∎ Maintain relationships with relevant Government Departments in Bangladesh
∎ Oversee assigned engineering tasks assigned by Line Manager
∎ Participate and negotiate on behalf of Company with related business matters
∎ Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive plans for different team electrical systems, including generators, switchgear, control & protection systems and associated components.
∎ Implement advanced strategies for smooth work process
∎ Report weekly, monthly and on annual basis to head office
∎ Provide assistance to the Project Coordinator in all relevant assignments.
∎ Responsible for the Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Information, and Mechanical Engineering issues and also prepare reports on ongoing works.
∎ Ad hoc assignments as requested by delegated by line manager
