Job Context:
∎ Job Site: Factory Site (Bangladesh)
∎ Rule Purpose: This person will be responsible of overall Installation & Commissioning Laroche machine/Margasa Machine.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall machine set up including installation and commissioning of equipment
∎ Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
∎ Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
∎ Testing equipment for performance and compliance with safety regulations
∎ Look after the End-to-End installation process of specially commissioned Laroche recycling machines
∎ Supervising and training other Maintenance Technicians for understating the nature of the Laroche machine/Margasa Machine
∎ Act on feedback from machine operators and solve problem & upgrade machine
∎ Responsible for overall routine upgrading and development of machinery
∎ Ensures that the facility's equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
∎ Oversees the facility's maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.
∎ Coordinates work performed by in-house operators & external contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 20 years' experience in Maintenance, Installation, Erection and Commissioning
∎ Of which at least 10 should be in a supervisory role and involved in managing and leading a team
∎ Process Implementation and operational effectiveness manager
∎ Strong analytical knowledge and detail-orientation
∎ Must have experience with heavy recycling machinery and knowledge of dismantling and maintenance of such machines
∎ Candidate should have experience in manufacturing business process development preferably gained from renowned manufacturing companies in various international sites as per ISO standards
