Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and maintain Standard & Efficient Cost Accounting System.
∎ To develop policies, procedures and processed for various cost centres.
∎ To collect and analyze necessary data to determine costs of overall business activities.
∎ To analyze actual manufacturing costs and to prepare periodic reports comparing with standard costs against actual production costs.
∎ To arrange and conduct cost audit as per requirement.
∎ To upgrade inventory management system on regular basis.
∎ To prepare cost sheet and bill of materials (BOM).
∎ To prepare monthly/ quarterly cost statement with variance for the products manufactured.
∎ To conduct cost-benefit analysis as and when required.
∎ To review and recommend selling price of finished products.
∎ To reduce production cost reasonably & logically.
∎ To review and finalize functional and master budgets.
∎ To prepare budget variance report.
∎ To assist in and contribute to the financial reporting process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 03 years of post qualification experience in the areas of costing, budget and budgetary controls in manufacturing companies.
∎ Candidates having experiences in plastic and packaging companies will get preference.
