Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pre-tender preparation including Estimate, APP, and Technical Scope Preparation through communicating with clients;
∎ Planning and managing the full tender submission;
∎ Overall project monitoring, client communication & Team Management;
∎ OEM communication, MAF & price collection for Tender;
∎ Monitor project and process for PLI/PSI/Billing/committee reports etc.;
∎ Overall project follow-up till completion and keep records of contracts, sales, revenue, invoices, etc.;
∎ Managing multiple partners and submitting multiple bids;
∎ Arranging meetings with vendors, and the technical team whenever necessary;
∎ Project proposal preparation;
∎ Handle support-related calls, communicate with internal teams, and take necessary actions;
∎ Partnership portal management of SAP, Oracle, BASIS;
∎ Managing eGP portal;
∎ Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor;
∎ Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;
