Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA in Accounting from reputed University.
∎ CA/ ICMA/ ACCA will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to:-
∎ Supervise Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
∎ Prepare and analysis of financial statements, Forecasting of cash flow, Costing, Budgeting, profit-loss etc.
∎ Ensures the fund received & disbursement/payments & reconcile it time to time.
∎ Prepare, distribute and archive audit reports and conduct audit follow up at the same time design.
∎ Development of internal audit tools & systems.
∎ Conduct the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization
∎ Perform any other task given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Finance, Cash Management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ready Mix Concrete, Cement, Construction, Building Materials etc.
∎ Must have comprehensive Knowledge of modern financial management & software Tally ERP.
∎ At least 10 years relevant job experience preferable
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

Salary: Negotiable
