We are looking for an Advocate, Legal & Land. The Legal & Land will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and handling all legal & land functions, providing legal advice as & when required. Who will share with us our pride and support our continuous growth.

• Manage functions of land, its legal management, litigation (Civil/ Criminal/ Corporate), coordinate and manage external legal counsel, contract management, and legal operations.

• Negotiate, draft appeals & suits, write statements, reply to rejoinders of various cases, and coordinate relating to the land issue.

• Manage legal functions including determining objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal control; ensuring all legal activities comply with the Law of the Land.

• Handle all legal disputes & litigation, coordinate with the external counsels, assist in the drafting of petitions, writs, and suits, appear in the courts on behalf of the company, and undertake the strategy aspects of litigation.
