Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline with good academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will lead the Sales & Marketing Team by coordinating all the departmental activities. He will have to maintain effective relationship & liaison with big corporate/business houses, multinational companies, financial institutions, universities etc. in relation to collect Advertisement and overall business development.
∎ The candidate has to develop innovative marketing ideas and apply those ideas effectively too boost up Sales activities & bring significant revenue for the company.
∎ Candidates having vast experience as Head of the department in Sales & Marketing arena in reputed Electronic Media(s) are only encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum 10 years’ experience in the sales & marketing arena in reputed electronic media in Dhaka City out of which 2 years as Head of the department.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should have excellent communication & negotiation skills
∎ Should be smart, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented.
