Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure that all the complaints are resolved in appropriate manner and within SLA period
Develop customer relationship through handling customer complaints, feedback, suggestions and taking initiatives for improvement of quality of service
Following up the Not Admitted cases in regular basis
Replying through Emails and phone calls to all the queries related to cost estimation coming from patients from PWD/Info mail/ Feedback
Monitoring about providing cost estimation from concerned department
Contacting the patients/attendants over the phone to counsel them for admission
Address any patient request, requirement, complaints, feedback, suggestions and taking initiatives for improvement of quality of service
Co-ordinate with consultants, duty doctors, medical services, nurses, housekeeping, maintenance staff and other concerned departments in attending the patients need for admission
Implement hospital business plan through consultation with Manager operations and Management staff and other stakeholders as per guidance
Maintain a safe, healthy and supportive work environment by publicizing relevant policies and events, providing appropriate management tools, opportunities for employee participation and education and” walk the talk” on site
Arrange admission requirements if patients need admission
Build excellent customer relationships through providing information, tariff and promotional materials
Keep patients updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities from EHD
