Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure worker buses operate efficiently within the allocated time frame for factory in/out schedules.
∎ Monitor all drivers and oversee toll, fuel, and related payments, ensuring bills are processed and submitted to the Accounts Department for recovery.
∎ Verify fuel receipts and transactions from the designated fuel pump.
∎ Manage worker bus maintenance and wheel-related expenses, ensuring timely payment processing.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly reports on worker bus usage, including in/out records and late attendance.
∎ Handle cash trip bills for emergency support of worker buses.
