Job Context:
∎ The Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the various Administrative functions, which include Office management, office Vehicle management, Project office store Management, Admin & office maintenance related all type of bill submission with Purchase requisition preparing.
∎ The position is also responsible for providing adequate information on time to the Senior HR & Admin for appropriate decision making and policy implementation.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fleet Management: Responsible person for day to day vehicle management of the project office & field office staffs as per requisition. Update & ensure all types of vehicles [Office car/Vaccum truck/Motor cycle) papers & documents as required. Prepare monthly & quarterly report of vehicles/Fuels as per requirements of management & donor agency. Responsible person for supervising the drivers under the instruction of department focal.
∎ Store Management: Responsible person for project office store management have to ensure goods & materials with good quality in the store & ensure proper distribute of goods & materials among the project office staff and camp offices. Update stock register & bin card regularly and track all types of materials receive & distribution.
∎ Asset Management Office Security & Administration: Responsible for the project Asset management, monitor & administer the office security & repair maintenance of project Office assets. Liaise with logistics department to ensure the office maintenance.
∎ Billings: Ensure timely submission of all Wpes of all types of administrative & office maintenance related bills. Ensure submission of purchase requisition to ensure all kinds logistics support of project administration.
∎ Support staff & Cleaner Management: Admin associate will be responsible person to ensure over all office cleanliness by supervising the office support staff & cleaners under the supervision of department focal/project management. Performing additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned/required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous working experience HR & Administration in the relevant discipline.
∎ The applicants should have experience in following area(s):
∎ HR Operations
∎ Office Administrations
∎ Inventory Management
∎ Ability to work well on under pressure.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.
∎ Potential to handle conflict
∎ Sound knowledge in Email/Outlook communication & MS Office

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
