Job Context:
∎ The Promotion of Market Linkages in Local Community Project aims to continue to strengthen and localize fresh food supply chain through the development of a unique value-based market system, by linking WFP-contracted retailers to producers in the Cox’s Bazar district. The hereby proposed project intervention aims to:
∎ -Improve dietary diversity amongst the most vulnerable refugee households via direct access to fresh food items including eggs, live fish and chicken.
∎ -Improve market linkages between refugees and host communities
∎ The overall responsibility for this position is to establish smooth and effective finance and admin support to project team. As per Market Linkages in Local Community Project team needs he/she will provide all necessary support to team like financial transection process and procedure, PR and SPP check with approved budget and activity plan, vehicle support ensures to team. Support to team on organize, meeting training, orientation event on venue, logistics, food and others.
∎ This position will assist in project team office maintenance and cleaning support staff motorcycle fuel, maintenance and support to finance, ensure field level farmers product transport transection to FFC as per team need and follow up and monitoring to ensure the organization policy procedures
∎ The Admin Assistant will closely work with the Market linkage office and project coordinator and as per suggestion he/she will support to the team accordingly .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow day to day project activity plan.
∎ As per project activity, support to prepare a procurement plan (whole of the year).
∎ Check day to day the staff PR and flow-up to ensure the PR approval, guide to team on PR process.
∎ Keep all the project documents properly.
∎ Support team on organizing, meeting training, orienting event on venue, logistics, food and others.
∎ Ensure timely monthly basis the Community Mobilizers (CMs) salary sheet, proper documents and proper follow-up to ensure the salary transfer and support to finance team.
∎ Ensure team vehicle support properly with maintained proper plan and compliance and support to supply chain team.
∎ Support P&C to prepare staff recruitment process.
∎ Ensure staff leave, attendance, movement sheet or register documents properly and support to office team.
∎ Ensure staff motorcycle fuel, maintenance and support to finance.
∎ Ensure office maintenance and cleaning support.
∎ Ensure field level farmers product transport to FFC as per team need and follow up and monitoring to ensure the organization policy procedures.
∎ Implement program for assigned working area.
∎ Provide feedback and follow up to program team for 100 % error free financial transactions.
∎ Support to Admin and Finance officer to prepare financial report.
∎ Ensure actual transaction and payment in timely manner with ensure proper communication with program team.
∎ Support the task of Capacity Building of Aggregation Center Management Committees (ACMC), Producer group members, and other support staff Members.
∎ Maintain Linkages and Networking with ACMC and FFC, Finance and Admin department, P&C department.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of administration and finance policy.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Ability to work in different stakeholders.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.
