Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office bills – collection, preparation & payments such as Robi/Grameen Phone/Gas/Electricity/Water/Inclusive of Expatriates Houses to vendors/suppliers/Bank.
∎ Support Administrative Officer in Asset Management
∎ Facilities – checking on lights, photocopiers, printers, ACs, power supply and inform to Electrical & Maintenance Officer for necessary action and supervise AC and Electrical Servicing work.
∎ Ensure supply of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar and Cleaning materials etc.
∎ Collect information of troubles and problems of WVB Cox’s Bazar Offices and take necessary action for resolution.
∎ Assist in maintaining the assets accounting cycle i.e. receiving distributing movement and disposal with admin officer.
∎ Identify obsolete assets and Initiate for disposal of assets as per WVB policy.
∎ Assist in managing stock of office supplies materials parts and other expendables to maintain required supply, maintain records replenish stock and plan for future requirements based on demand and forecasts.
∎ Admin assistant should apply and perform a periodically monitoring and physical check for the various assets as required.
∎ Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all asset.
∎ Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock.
∎ Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
∎ Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
∎ Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance of the building, both inside and outside.

Additional Requirements:
∎ WVB security procedures & protocols
∎ Strong interpersonal skills & customer service
∎ Self Motivated
∎ Familiar with office assets and equipment
∎ Experience in office asset repair and maintenance
∎ Experience in simple electrical & plumbing services
∎ Minimum of 2 years junior level office admin experience
∎ Travel within the city of Dhaka for payment of bills and services as part of job.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
